Privacy Policy — Payoff

Payoff (“the app”) is developed by Emanuele Lacatena as a free tool.

Data collection

The app collects no personal data. There is no backend server, no analytics, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting service, and no account system.

All strategies, imported positions, and settings are stored exclusively on your device (iOS Keychain for sensitive values, on-device storage for the rest). Uninstalling the app deletes them.

Third-party network requests

The app makes network requests only to:

• Yahoo Finance — to fetch quotes and option chains. No personal data is sent; requests contain only the ticker symbols you look up.
• Interactive Brokers Flex Web Service — only if you choose to import your portfolio, using the token and query id you generate in your own IBKR account. These credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain and are sent only to Interactive Brokers’ servers over HTTPS.

No data passes through, or is stored on, any server operated by the developer.
